Environmental Assessments

Environmental Associates Inc. provides environmental assessments as follows:

PHASE I ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS to satisfy requirements of ASTM Standard Practice E-1527-00.
PHASE II ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS including magnetometer and ground penetrating radar surveys, subsurface soil and groundwater sampling in soil borings and excavations, surface "grab" sampling.
ABBREVIATED ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS (Environmental Transaction Screen) to satisfy requirements of ASTM Standard Practice E-1528-00.
PROPERTY CONDITION ASSESSMENTS (PCA) to satisfy the requirements of ASTM E-2018-99, as well as Fannie Mae, etc.
